When I first moved in to Whittier Apartments I really like it , and it was quiet. The then noisy neighbors moved in with tons of kids and the one day I saw a dirty diaper which someone had thrown into the parking lot, and it distgusted me. I've had to call the cops twice since I have been there, depending on what building you live in , the rental office is the nicest, They renovated the inside of the buildings so they are nice inside, the bathrooms could be a little bigger , but the kitchen isn't a bad size at all. There is no garbage disposal and the toilet and tub always clog up. The trash dumpster is really far from my building. Children are always in the parking lot and I feel like I'm going to run them over every time I drive in.. I am moving out of this place soon, the land lady is pretty nice and they do repair things quickly, and you can sign a 6, 12 or month to month lease for an extra 25 bucks, so if you hate it you can always move out!!

Might have been nice in 2002, but its gotten worse. Much worse. It seems as though more and more lowlifes are moving into the apartments. It's either people with 5 kids that let them tear around and vandalize everything, or its the drug dealers that are living in the building next door. Cops are called at least on a weekly basis. The manager is plain nasty and the groundskeepers are lazy and rude. Way overpriced, and rent keeps going up. Leave now if you live here, if you don't do not consider it.
