If you enjoy living around rude and lazy staff, a manager that will lie to your face and try to cheat you out of money, and a landlord that is never around and doesn't care about the condition of the place, then move in.

Really overpriced, fees for nearly everything, and very run down. Promised that the pool would be open for the summer. It wasn't. Now told that the pool will not be fixed, and that the on site storage may be removed. Laundry facilities do not work half the time, and the apartments themselves need serious updating such as the thermostats and windows / doors, not to mention the cosmetic features such as kitchen and bath.

You could find something bigger for the same price or something in the area that is cheaper and better maintained.

Lived in for about a year. Will be going on a month to month basis (which incurs an extra fee) until I can find a more suitable place.
