Calling this place a dump is too good for it. Maintenance is non existant and they do not fix a thing. And if you call for an emergency, excuses are given. The basement, where the laundry facilites are, are always full of water. So if you don't mind doing your laundry (with broken washers/dryers and no hot water for washing) standing in a couple of inches of water, then this is a place for you! People living here don't care what their kids do and let them run around the place at all hours. There are NO deadbolts on the doors -No wonder they recommend getting insurance as you sign the lease! People park their vehicles along the side making it difficult to pull out of your spot. Drug deals going down everywhere and nothing being done about it! If ghetto is what you want, then move right on in. I love the advertisements: Quiet country setting! Huh! What a joke! I can hear the people on top of me peeing!!!! Gross!!! I feel bad for the few of the tenants that are decent people. Nothing but New York City trash is moving in here and bringing all the crap with it! Would not recommend for anything. Oh, there is a charge for using the water. It is the same amount for everyone in a 2 BR, NO MATTER IF YOU DON'T USE THAT AMOUNT!!! IS THIS EVEN LEGAL''' THE SLUMLORD IS MAKING MONEY OFF THESE PEOPLE BY CHARGING for WATER!!! I don't mind paying for water. BUT I WANT TO PAY FOR THE AMOUNT I USE -NOTHING EXTRA. AND I KNOW I DON'T USE 65.00 EVERY THREE MONTHS FOR WATER!!!! I was told no pets -only in a cage. But everyone who moved in after me seems to have a CAT!! Very two faced manager!
STAY AWAY!! THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THE SCHOOLS. THEY ARE REAL DECENT.
