my experience at the whitpain hills townhouse community was a very nice experience. i found the management to be friendly and caring. the homes are spacious, well equipped and well cared for. my pet was allowed in this community of townhomes, as most communitys do not allow pets. the grounds are well maintained and clean. maintenance was always prompt and courteous. my dryer died on a monday afternoon, and was replaced brand new by tuesday morning. having a full size washer and dryer in the town house was a big plus. the community in general was very friendly and neighborly. the townhomes are located near many conveniences, such as food shopping, (clemens market, giant, genuardi's)and malls (plymouth meeting, king of prussia, montgomeryville), and it is close to the turnpike and northeast extension and many train stations. i would recommend this community to everyone, especially those with pets. my stay there was a pleasant one and would highly recommend.
