I'm moving to the area for work and I am very interested in moving to Whitpain Hills. Can anyone tell me what utilities generally run for a 1 bedroom in that community. Obviously, it's different person to person, but I will be living alone, so just wondering if anyone could provide a ball park figure.

My one neighbor is a single female and she's home infrequently. I did ask her what her PECO runs and she said about $100-110 in the winter, $45-60 in the summer. She said she tries to not use her A/C as much.
