I have a friend that lives at Korman Communities in Blue Bell. I've never had problems with parking. They have lots of it. Since spring is right around the corner, I've seen lots of landscaping guys around their area and it looks pretty well-maintained. I'm considering moving to Korman myself (since I'm there so often visiting).
