The comments in the other review of this place were right on. Thankfully I am only here temporarily on business and dont have to pay out of my own pocket to be here. One of my big complaints is the parking. There are enough parking spots you will just have to walk a mile to get to them. There are some idiots who park there car in the along the curb of a one way/single lane section of the complex-nobody can get by!!! You have to drive around the other side because some lazy slob cant walk a little further. Another one of my major complaints is the cleanliness of the grounds and the buildings. You will notice that the building in the leasing office looks nice and tidy, but take a look at some of the other buildings. It is not uncommon to see trash blowing through the hallway. The trail the other review talked about is always covered with dog crap and the trash compactor always has junk next to it like big sofas and desks. That is a good example of the type of people who live here-idiots who dump their sofas at the tiny trash compactor thinking its going to fit in the trash truck. The junk sits there for weeks until I dont know what happens. Its really tacky. I will also agree that calls to the office in regard to ANY matter are not returned. A friend of mine has had a puddle of vomit in the hallway outside of her door since Halloween. Maintenance says call the office, the office says call maintenance. Unbelievable. Also, the fire alarms ARE a pain in the butt (going off every few weeks in the middle of the night)The office staff is terrible, at least as far as the 3 women go. I'd like to seriously know what the criteria is to become part of the Summit leasing office staff. One more thing, it is loud as hell here. People living here and the traffic roaring out front on 202 (dirtballs racing their hickmobiles from red lights). There are some slop houses around the complex that like to have parties which can be very dsturbing. I agree with the previous review: DONT EVER LIVE HERE!!
