I have read all of the postings on apartmentratings.com about Summit Valleybrook and I must say that I don?t agree with a lot of what these people are saying.

First of all, I will agree that there is dog poop around the community. But if the dog owners picked up after their own pets, like a good animal lover would do, then there wouldn?t be a problem. For example, I live in the 7300 building and there is this big white dog that sheds all over the building. I don?t know where it comes from but if the owner would brush the dog inside their apartment and be a little more courteous to the neighbors in the building and picked up the dog hair then there wouldn?t be a problem. Plus there are dog stations all around the complex. Come on people!! It is there for you to use!!!

Parking is a little tough, but every morning I see that there are really dumb people that live here because they park in, what I believe to be, the fire lanes (I say this because there are orange stickers on the car windows). God forbid that there is a fire and my apartment burns to the ground because of the laziness of the people that live here.

I have been in the office only a couple of times and each time the staff responds to my needs promptly. The girls in the office do what ever they can for me for example, they hold my packages till I come home. The maintenance staff does a great job. There are a lot of apartments, no question about that, and the few people that they have working on all of the problems do a fantastic job.

I would bet, if I was a betting man, that there is only 1 or 2 people that have written these bad reviews just because they are grumpy old bums and they have nothing better to do than complain. I just hope that they don?t ruin your idea about this property. I know that if I had read these reviews, and taken them seriously, that I would not have looked at this complex. Let me tell you, if you do read all of the reviews and you get turned away from this complex then you would be missing out on a great deal. Where else can you go to the gym (which is big) and not pay a membership, use a in-home movie theater, and use a great pool (which is opening up soon).

I would recommend this place to everyone.
