Folks,

To keep it short ...This Apartment is a rip-off ! I live in the 7200 building.I dont recommend this place.

They advertise the following:
Movie Theatre
Swimming Pool
Gym

You have to schedule a time to view the movie in the theatre. Most of the time, it'd be booked for Bday parties or whatever. Very rarely would you get a slot to your convinience. Secondly, apartment folks have to open the theatre for you. They are always late. So if you booked the theatre for 3PM, they usually turn up at 3:30 or 3:45 but still expect you to be out in the same timeframe.

Swimming Pool - Just 3 foot even. If the weather is good for swimming, the pool is already packed. There are about 300 Apartments in this complex sharing this pool. I am not sure how often they clean the pool. I have not seen any notification until date. My recommendation is to stay away from it.

Gym - It's good and usually not crowded. I am not a Gym person so I cant really comment on how good these machines work.

Apartment charges $5 for trash every month. I consider this expensive. Utilities include Water. It averages about $40 - $50 a month. This is not a static fee. It keeps changing based on your usage. If you have any guests, be prepared to add another $10-$20 a month. Water alone adds to $500-$600 a year. By any standards I consider this way too much.

Dogs are not a problem just that the owners are too ignorant. Dog hair is all over the place. Stairway railings are very dirty and never cleaned.
