Totally overpriced, and do not be fooled by the phony smiles in the office when you are greeted their true colors will show themselves as soon as you move in.

Please future tenants take my comments seriously. What appears to be a nice place to live it actually a nightmare. You will be lucky to have any neighbors even say hi to you. If you are afraid of dangerous, unleashed dogs watch out. Calling the office is pointless as the office staff does nothing. What a waste.

The cops were there at least 3 times a week because of people using the back part of the complex to have sex or do drug deals and again dont bother calling the office, they dont care.

These shoebox apartments are over priced and not worth the money. On top of the outrageous price that they charge they also charge you for water sewer and trash, plan on an extra 50 or so to your rent. Summit is the cheapest complex they were so cheap they would not even pay to have a bigger pool put in so what you have is a 3 bathtub.

The parking lot is unfinished on the sides and back. The complex was just sold again. That would be a warning sign to me to stay away. Run!

Seriously, look elsewhere.

Its NOT WORTH IT TO LIVE AT SUMMIT.
