I have lived here for the past year and yes they weren't so great at the beginning but I have seen plenty of improvement. The grounds look better, the maintainence staff has fixed any needs I had quickly and efficiently. The only problem that I have had lately is parking. I am sick of people being lazy and not parking in spots, use the back gravel lots! Come on people! The office staff is always friendly and they always greet me with a smile and my name.
I would recommend Valleybrook to anyone!
