I was really surprised to read the bad reviews this property got in the past. I can only speak for my experience the past two years and I have been really happy. I have never had any problems with anyone, have never seen any signs of drug activity and have found the staff to be very helpful. Since the property was sold about a year ago I have actually noticed an improvement in the overall management and staffing here. They have a new manager, she is really nice and she seems to know what she is doing. Visit Summit Valleybrook - you won't be disappointed.

We must not have been dealing with the same managers. DON'T VISIT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONNEY!!!
