I have ever had with apartment managements. Its facility is relatively new, however, the management is disappointing, at the best. Mails got misdeliverred all the time. Trash cans were not cleaned up in time. The worst thing, be aware once you are locked in, they are going to increase your rent from 30%-100% (I am not KIDDING!)

They can not increase your rent once you sign a lease contract. After your lease is up then they can if you want to renew your lease. IT's not the best place in the world but what is??????

I moved out of the complex because upon time to renew my lease, my rent was raised 16%. I was told it was to bring the rent to "market value." While other apartments in the area may be going for the same amount (or a lot less, in my new living situation), these apartments do not deliver the living accomodations for the price.
