I enjoy living here. I don't really need the office too much, if I do need to talk to someone I try the phone first and if I can't get through that way I just email them and I have a very prompt response. The grounds are pretty here, flowers are well kept and not a terrible amount of trash in the areas where you walk commonly. There are a few issues with the compactor but if people weren't lazy or actually understood how to use it it wouldn't be a problem.

That's too funny...you must be one of the people that work in the office, no, you must be one of the lazy bums that "works" for maintenance...I can tell by the way you gave maintenance "5 stars". 5 stars alright! For what? Having golf cart races in the parking lots? No, it's for smoking 5 packs of cigarettes in one hour, now THAT deserves five stars! Or, maybe you're one of the pre-teen/teenage girls they drool over (mind you, these girls haven't hit puberty yet) - are you the one that sneaks into the garage "hang-out" that has a couch and tv in it? Yes, that's it...you must be the one that drinks beer with them in the garage all day. I finally figured it out....or you could be one of the pre-teen boys that they pay to do their work for them. 5 stars for maintenance? You must have extremely low living requirements. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! DOG CRAP AND TRASH ALL OVER THE PLACE! THE ELEVATORS STINK LIKE A COMBINATION OF URINE, POOP, AND B.O.! NOT TO MENTION ALL THE CAR BREAK INS AND CAR THEFTS WITHIN THE PAST 6 MONTHS!! GO ELSEWHERE TO LIVE.....ALL YOU NEED IS SOME PROSITUTES AND A FEW MORE DRUG DEALS AND YOU HAVE CHESTER!!

If you never need the office, consider yourself lucky. They are stubborn, incompetent, and most importantly, greedy. Quit trying to suck up.
