As a former resident I was thrilled with the location, the appearance of the apartment, the maintainence staff and would still be living there today except for the pricing structure. It was cheaper to buy our own home. When Camden came in they raised the rent ridiculously high and changed the policy about pets. After having paid a $500 pet drposit they wanted to add a pet rent of another $25 per animal, plus raising our rent more than $300. After we left, and I left the apartment spotless, they wanted to keep the security deposit plus add more money for replacing the carpet, maybe because THEY didn't get the pet deposit Summit did. And they have been impossibly slow solving the dispute. I find overall that while I would have recommended them I can't. They are just not worth the money they charge.
