This apts complex is totally not worth your time or aggrivation.. The leasing office is full of people who lie, cheat and steal.. ------- and ----- rape you for expenses that arent even offered. You personal property is damaged (cars are always broken into) and they tell you its your fault for leaving things in you car. There is definately no security and they could care less to initiate some. The maintence men are creepy and beware you could wake up one day and find them standing in your kitchen unannouced it happened to me. Thank god my dog woke me up, who knows what their intentions were. There are SPIDERS everywhere and nothing is done to fix the issue..and if you have pets plan on paying an arm and a leg!

Can't agree with you more. We moved after 6 months due to the fact that ----- is completely incompetent and so is her band of merry men. The 1 year lease is cheap and people think because the address is "Chadds Ford" that the grounds will be well tended, the staff will have some class and deal with issues appropriately, etc. In fact the grounds are littered with dog feces, the staff is too busy smoking outside and ----- just wants to collect $$ while she baby-sits her dogs in her office all day. Until residents start writing and calling Camdent's corporate office NOTHING will change.

As a past resident of Camden Valleybrook I have to say that I do not share the above feelings. I always felt safe. In the two plus years that I lived there I never saw a spider or any other insect for that matter. Not one time did I have an issue with the office. In my opinion, ----- has never been anything but friendly and professional. I realize not everyone's experience is the same. I can only speak for my experience and it was a good one.

I am a current resident of camden valleybrook, looking to get out of here fast. The staff here sucks, Ms. ----- in the office is very rude. My truck got broken in here also. Its not all I hoped it to be.

Vehicles can get broken into wherever you are and it is never a good idea to leave anything of interest in full view for someone to see. I found the office staff very professional and friendly. My dog took to the office staff immediately and her instincts have never let me down yet. Since I am about to move in, I will get back to you in say 6 months. The $500 whatever fee and the additional $400 for pets which are all non-refundable is steep to say the least but I picked this place over many others that I viewed. The grounds and main building looked top shape to me. Being a dog owner, I find dog droppings all over the place and that has never changed in any state that I have lived in. It is the owners responsibility and not the fault of the pet. My habits are to leave every area as clean or better than I found it.

yeah well you get back to me in 6 months, you havent even moved in yet and your responding. Just wait...when you wake up to maintence men in your living room let me know how you feel. I never complained about dog dropping i have a dog if you had read my review, obviously that was not an issue. Believe me your car will be broken into..and its not that easy to rip my radio out everytime i come home..there was nothing else in my car.

I have been here for 9 months now and I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and that's is putting it gentley. The spider in the picture could not be any real as I woke up with one in my bed, I have been bit. They ARE all over my apartment. I went to the office several times and nothing has been done. They said they had someone go in but they DID NOT. Also, something eles the hot water leaked above me 2 times in less than 3 months the closet had so much water in it I don't even want to get into that. My daughter woke up to someone also standing in the apartment and scared the living daylights out of her. The hallways in the complex and horrible. There is never any parking either I come home with the kids and I have to park across the complex. The staff for the most part are nice however you can tell it is an act. The only reason I am not moving is because at this time I can not afford it. Oh also I had a severe issue with ants too. I know they sent someone out because I had someone wait here to make sure they exterminate. I have lived in other apartments before and I do have to say that this is the most unprofessional one I have encountered. As far as the staff smoking I am a smoker too so I can not say anything. But the SPIDERS have got to GO. Oh not only do I have the BIG black ones I have the BIG brown ones too; it really brings a new meaning to the word arachnophobia. I could go on about my displeasure of this so called wonderful living!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
