I have read the reviews previously posted. I don't know what to say about the mouse or the spiders, I have had notes put on my door about the bug man coming and haven't seen the bugs, thankfully. I know that they have also had some car break ins, again it hasn't affected me. I like it here and will stay longer, it is better than the places down the road.
