I move frequently with work is this is the absolute worst place I have ever lived. The day I moved in the lock was broken and it took two hours to fix it. My moving company charged me and Camden wouldn't pay it. Apparently a black cat lived in the unit before I moved in and ther was black cat hair all over the top of the kitchen cabinets and in the rug. I had the unit professionally cleaned and had to absorb that charge also. My dog didn't move in until months later, but I still had to pay the charge. The ceiling outside my unit was hanging down and rarely fixed. Good luck throwing out your garbage...you can rarely get near it and then you will get a fee for not putting it in the dumpster. I gave 60 days notice to move out and changed it by one day and got a $485 fee -they never told me. There are several other nice complexes nearby...beware. I had read something on this site and ignored it prior to moving in...learn from my mistake. The staff lies to your face.

The staff at Camden are great. Never had a problem. I'm going on year two and I love it here. The girls in that office work hard and they dont lie.Go Team Camden!!!
