The place is quiet and close to shops and other useful stuff. There's a pool, tennis and basketball courts. Cable, FIOS internet. It's 40 minutes to Philly , convenient to West Chester, Kennett Square, Wilmington, Media along Rts 1 & 202 and it's in the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District (top rated in the state)! We love it.
