	Run away as fast as you can!!! 10% late fee even and won't waive. Can't get my deposit back (faked many reasons to deny refund). Roaches/mouse running around. Worst CSR ever!

	Tons of roaches move around. Worst CSR met ever. Will charge 10% later fee even if you pay one day later and won't waive. Very noisy. Children play in the parking lot and my car got damaged. Dangerous community. Lost ... more

	these apartments are nice and huge and the area is ok. problems are maintenance men will not respond quickly may take days sometimes weeks before responding. can´t control your heat so its very cold in the winter and very humid ... more

	You´ll get what you pay. Close to bus, spacious parking place, above average service. But not so clean, roaches move around. During summer it´s hot.
