The worst place I have ever lived. The people in the management office are nice, that's the only positive. I was a student at Widener and paid $1000 to break the lease and get out. There is trash everywhere. The tenants are horrible. Kids yell at you, threw stuff at my car, threw something through my window. I had to pull teeth to get it fixed. My maintanence man was nice but had a house arrest ankle bracelet on! Someone was murdered in the building next to me and when I took my dog out I think I heard it happeneing. When I saw the police and caution tape the following morning I broke my lease that day. The first time I ever saw a true crack ----- was downstairs from my apartment. My laundry was stolen out of the washer. Car vandalisms all the time and I only lived there 4 months! The nastiest, most ghetto place I've ever seen.

What do you expect from people from the bottom of the food chain?? Scumbag central!!!! Come on, it can't be that bad! It's called an ESTATE!!! Ha! Ha! HA !!!
