This is an awful place to live. It is in the middle of the ghetto. The buildings and outside look like the high-rise projects in the Bronx. There is graffiti and smashed windows everywhere. The kids ruin cars, play in the dumpsters, etc. I was kept up late at night every night in the summer since i was basically the only one who had to wakw up early to go to work. I had to call the cops many times. There were fights and an alcholic almost burned down my bldg. one time. There is drugs and drug selling in the complex. Chester is crap. Nothing there and the people are out of the twilight zone. And finally, Wallingford screwed me on my lease and deposit. THIS PLACE IS CRAP!! If you have any sense...stay away! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
