this complex has been changed so much. maintance is done on time .the place is safe and quite.i was thinking of moving but since things changed so much I cant think of finding a beter place.

That's odd, since I have experienced the exact opposite. Since the change in ownership last year, things have been horrible. Necessary repairs haven't been done for over a year now, it took 6 months to get safety issue repairs worked on, and that was after a threat not to pay rent. A very large number of parents in the complex, let their kids literally run wild in the corridors, breaking things, marking the walls, letting pets crap in the hallways, and actually urinating, themselves -- the only repairs involve repainting over "bad words" and not fixing the doors, windows, emergency signs, etc. Instead of necessary repairs, the complex spent several weeks painting the perfectly good white railings on the balconies, a horrible burnt orange color. They still haven't finished that project. There is also a very big problem with noise, and management refuses flat-out to take any steps to correct it, whether it be interior or exterior noise. Noise is a constant problem here, 24 hours a day, though the very back buildings may escape some of this, due to their distance from the parking lots. BTW, the real owners live in NYC.

I suspect that this (original 5.0)review was written by the same person (like the other 2 high ratings, and is connected to the manager or owners, because every line of it is completely untrue -- unless you are deaf and blind, that is -- or unless you are the on-site managers.
