When you look at this property online, you see a beautiful place to live. You drive around and notice little things like no parking, trash, broken windows at the front doors. I have lived here for almost 4 years and for a little while they staff was getting better. They tryed a town meeting last year. They hired a bunch of -------- to do work, who after work would get drunk and yell and scream. But nothing seemed to work. When you have a problem in your apartment, your suppost to call and report it to the property manager. I tried that many times and nothing was every done. So I went into the office and was greeted by the property manager and his family. I waited about 20 minutes and walked out. Called him on the phone outside. He then said he did not know I was in the office. He was too busy talking spanish to his family. For all I know they were talking about me. this place has turned into either little mexico or little Purto Rico. In the lease you are asked not to work on your car in the parking lot. But every weekend you find a few people and sometimes the property manager outside working on cars. Now when on the occasion you actually get a maintence man to come to your apartment. They are usually great! But toward the end of my lease they just stopped cleaning the buildings. Well they just stopped cleaning all together. About a month ago there was a shooting on the property. some one who was hanging out on the steps was shot at. You can still see the hole in the window. I feel sorry for the people who have to live in that building. They have sent out letters on occasion that were written by children. I feel sorry for anyone who falls for the crap that this place dishes out. do not fall for the all utilities included. Our heat has never worked right. I had to get a space heater. In the summer I have to use two window air units. They kept promising me that they will get me a new air conditioner. So I bought one at sears and put in in myself. Do not fall for it....ADVOID!!!!!
