This place is a joke.... From the management to the facility itself, a total waste of time! I recently moved out and the same problems i had when i moved in, still wasn't fixed (3 years later)! The management have no clue as to whats going on and/or how to run a property. If you call with a complaint, they usually fuss with you like it's your fault... and eventually, it doesn't get fixed. Theres a slight hint of race-ism as well. Yes, I said "Race-ism"!! One would think in this day and time Race-ism didn't exist. Well, guess again.... I've personally witnessed this on more than one occasion. Sad to say, but if you are not Puerto Rican, Mexican and/or of Latin ethnicity, u will not receive the favorite-ism, that they do. Example: I know of a tenant that has been taken to court for being 1 month behind.... Yet there are several, and I mean several "Hispanic" families that are atleast $3000 behind in their rent and all they got was a late notice. How do I know' Well, maybe it's because they stick everyones late notices on the door (which I find to be very unprofessional). On any given day, a total stranger can walk into a building, walk down the hallway and read just how much everyone on that particular floor owes in rent... The grounds are kept a mess... Maybe thats because the maint. men are alchoholics and they tend to do a half job of cleaning at best. and as for security, don't be fooled into thinking these buildings are safe.... No window locks, no secured entrance to the building and half working cameras is not the ideal security system. Not to mention the lil "arm bar' thats used to keep your patio door "locked"... Drugs frequently are done and/or sold for everyone to see.. Overall, i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! If you are looking for a safe place to live with a nice surrounding area to live, why are you looking at Wallingford Estates' It's the total opposite... But if you like the smell of weed, 5-6 guys hanging out in front of your building drinking and loud spanish music at 2AM, Wallingford is the place for you....

P.S. This was not wrote to 'hate' on the apartment complex (cause I could care less)... but this 'is' a forewarning to someone who's about to make a very big mistake and rent from here.... Bottom line: DON'T DO IT!!!

P.S.S. Hey Miguel, yall need to stop lieing to these people and tell the truth... And take them old pics down, they're from like '04 or early '05... And the walk in closet thing is a joke too... Next post I'll add pics to show the real Wallingford
