Nice Place to live - i am living at wallingford estates for the last 5 years and it very comfortable place to live, management is very nice and friendly, i have lived at other complexs in chester before and i stick to this, neighbors are friendly,and its a safe clean environment, most neighbors i know have lived here since i am moved.
