Location is good. Complex has no facilities outside the apartment. Grounds are better maintained than the apartments itself. Plus points: My 2BD apartment is a good size, 2 full baths, W/D in unit and reasonable rent. But you get what you pay for. The maintanence is by a single man who lives on site and is extremely rude,borderline racist, makes his own rules and is always unobliging even for the most basic amenities. The owner leaves everything in his hands and does not respond to any comments from tenants. If you have no maintenance issues this can be an okay place to live..otherwise NOT!
