The staff cannot help you if you have a problem and you have go through the corporate office and the regional manager to solve the problems. Not worth your money and they cheat you in your monthly bills and they tell lots and lots of lies. Be prepared to ask for every receipt in writing with details about what you paid for or they will poke a big hole in your wallet.

Not worth your money. Bugs, mice and antique carpets and substandard apartments, not worth the money, stay away.

file a pledge complaint at this link http://www.homeproperties.com/about/our-pledge.asp Send them notices (to the leasing office by writing or fax) they are a bunch of inefficient people in that office. Keep paper trial.

Im afraid to do that, just cause I still live here. I feel that they control too much stuff, like you heating and what not, where you have no idea if you're really using that much or you're paying for others. I know I'm paying for others but I feel like if you piss them off, they can change the amount due. Do you still live here?
