The Management has the poorest humanitarian and business ethics I have ever encountered. All of the apartments owned by these slumlords is rodent infested. The bathrooms are molded and dilapidated. The heating is very poor, the carpets are filthy, the building security is....well there is known because the front doors are broken, and the sad part is these apartments are OVERPRICED. DON'T MOVE IN! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Hopefully I won't be here much longer. L&I needs to condemn these building and the courts need to arrest these slumlords who won't even provide decent extermination while they go home to their Lakewood New Jersey Homes. As God has witness, may he be the judge!
