Not that bad - I lived here for four years and overall I was pretty satisfied. MICE !!!!! We have already caught 6 mice but there are another couple hanging around in the apartment. I have complained to the Management a number of times but their response is limited. Mice traps and glue traps - are just not working. Be wary if you have little ones in the house as the mice

Bad apartments Badly maintained apartment complex. The land owner does not behave properly. The lease terms are a joke. Please do not move to this apartment at all. The land owner does not give security deposit back. Landowne towers has a much better management.
