Hard to find parking This place is okay.
Parking is a pain at times. Some tenants have 2 cars and never even drive them anywhere. Lots of kids. Can be noisy at times. Can only do laundry until 830pm then they turn off electricity to the units. Maintenance makes a mess sometimes. Cold air ..full review of College Arms Apartments
