Let me first state that I'm not a tenant. Indeed, after visiting the place, I can tell you this has to be the single worst apartment I've ever visited in my life. I toured the community with a overweight and rude woman, I think the manager, who made a bad comment about my place of birth at some point, right in my face, I couldn't believe it. I guess some people are just plain stupid and they don't realize it. Anyway, about the apartments, they have a very large floorplan and they are cheap. That's about it. The rest is horrible. As stated before in a previous comment, the balconies are unusable because they have been found to be a risk to the tenants (that tells a lot about the quality of the construction and the maintenance). The kitchens are oooold and dirty, and the appliances look like they are from the 80's. The carpet is an ugly dark braun color that I'm more used to see in my toilets before I flush than in my bedroom. Obviously there is no W/D in unit, and I'm not even sure they have working W/D in the basement as well. I know tenants there and they have to use an off-site laundry! I can't tell more as I'm not living there, but the rest must be on the same level, which is why I chose not to go for it. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

How can you rate a place if you haven't even lived there? I lived there for two years (2002-2004) and had a very good experience. Never had any problems with w/d in basement, our deck was fine, our carpets were a normal beige and our kitchen was fine. Biggest problem i had was the sound from downstairs. The floors are very thin b/c you can hear people's IMers going off from their computers and everything else that's going on in their bedrooms. Maybe the place has just gone downhill, I don't know. I just think only people who have lived in the complex should rate it.

Reviews can be written by tenants AND prospective tenants, read the website's policy. My experience is based on what I've seen, and you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out the place is falling apart. The balconies can't be used for the past 12 months, that's a fact, as said to me by both the manager and a friend who lives there. Now is it going down hill? Probably, if there's still room for that.
