We had been living there for a year and a half when some extremely loud and obnoxious college age kids moved in downstairs. They had parties and listened to loud music...every night...not just occasionally. And the noise was not only in the common areas but also in the bedrooms.

We made multiple calls to the office to have the noise taken care of. One time...EVER they came to check on the noise level. They sent us multiple letters though as if they had actually check on the noise...saying that the noise level was acceptable to them and to be expected in a complex. We had never had a problem with any of our other neighbors before. The way they dealt with this was to tell us that we could move to another building in a few months or that we could move out of the complex all together.

Along with the noise problem, we also had the shower from the bathroom upstairs leak into our bathroom TWICE! They never repaired the ceiling the second time. Also there is one washer and dryer per building

Overall our experience with them was a nightmare. STAY AWAY!!! The inexpensive rent is NOT worth it!
