From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Quality and workmanship of the apartments are poor. Floors do start coming up after move in, and I moved into a brand new apartment. The floors were even dirty- i.e. purple stains. Utlities, rent, parking are all high. If you are a 23 year old frat boy, you will love, since there are beer bottles and red cups all around the property each weekend. Office staff is generally incompetent, except Carissa. That is when they are actually there. Also, they will pretty much let in anyone now that their bonus depends on it. When they actually get your work staffed out to the Maintenance Staff, they are fantastic. Ridiculously overpriced and crappy neighborhood. You are basically paying for convenience to train. Wish I had never moved in.
