This place stinks like a dead rat's ass. Going down hill at a very fast pace. Management is desperate to rent, otherwise the cheap college brats that have started taking over the place wouldn't be here. Parties all days and nights, beer bottles in the doorways and the elevators, supermarket carts everywhere, and noisy fratboys disturbing the whole community at 2am in the morning. Small and expensive apartments, very cheap construction and appliances (Albeit new).

But believe it or not, still the best option in Conshohocken! That's how bad the renting market is right now!

I could not agreed more with your comments. I think they are very accurate. I'm a resindent of the community and as you describe, I would be leaving the appartment at the end of my lease for the same reasons as you. quick question, do you have any comments on your search for a 2BR appartment? My wife and I have been looking all around KoP, but we are not quite sure about our final decision.

in King of Prussia, Henderson Square is really nice. I just signed a lease to move in June. A co-worker of mine went to Blue Bell to Amberley of Blue Bell. I know that they are brand new

funny...you just HAPPEN to name 2 Gambone communities...BEWARE...they come up with ANY reason to keep ALL of your security deposit..TRUST ME....most places only require $99 to $300 today, so when you go into a Gambone community, demand the low security deposit...their face will drop as they will know you are onto their scam...AVOID!!
