Upgraded Apts are Nice - I rent a 1BR 1 bath upgraded apartment on the second floor. Everything is new (paint, carpet, kitchen appliances, bathroom). I am very happy with the quality, the maintenance has been up to par, and the staff have given me no problems (so far). It is a little pricey, but the grounds are pretty and relaxing and the location is close to everything yet not claustrophobic. ...Full review of Sherry Lake Apartments

Good -Experience at Plesant Valley Ruin Apartments - Enjoyed staying at this location in Conshohocken. Close proximity to nearby restaurants and shopping. Able to walk and bike across the street on the safe bike path trail. Friendly renters nearby and staff was very accomodating round the clock. Since 2004, location has been built up as Conshohocken is an up and running city to live. The price of this affordable apartment is better than other ...Full review of Pleasant Valley Run

Expect to be SPOILED! - I lived at North Lane Apartments for the past 13 months. Prior to that I lived at various private rental properties and was very skeptical about moving into an apartment complex having heard so many horror stories. North Lane Apartments not only proved me wrong but I would go out of my way to ONLY rent with The Galman Group in the future. The apartments are a bargain for what they have to ...Full review of North Lane Apartments

Overall a nice place to live - We lived at Plymouth Gardens for 2 and a half years and we were generally happy with the time we spent there. The time that you spend at P.G. may be different based on which building you get an apartment in. We had a nice 2 BR unit in the Ross building. The Pro's: - Management was very responsive to our problems, especially within the first week of moving. - We got a unit with a ...Full review of Plymouth Gardens

AWFUL MANAGEMENT-DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! - We had been living there for a year and a half when some extremely loud and obnoxious college age kids moved in downstairs. They had parties and listened to loud music...every night...not just occasionally. And the noise was not only in the common areas but also in the bedrooms. We made multiple calls to the office to have the noise taken care of. One time...EVER they came to check on the ...Full review of Plymouth Park Apartments

Not at all worth it Shoddy materials and workmanship. Rude staff. Flooded three times, reimbursment refused. Rent raised twice in the past two years. Overpriced. Terrible shoveling and snow removal. Ice was not put down on the sidewalks, very icy.

Like Living in an Expensive Dorm Nice place, but very loud! Do not live on the bottom floor unless you are never home, deaf, or enjoy hearing EVERY move and ALL noises made by your upstairs neighbor.
