Upgraded Apts are Nice - I rent a 1BR 1 bath upgraded apartment on the second floor. Everything is new (paint, carpet, kitchen appliances, bathroom). If you move to Plymouth Gardens make sure you stayin in Building Rush Building Rush may be a little bit more expensive but it was built within the last few years whereas the other buildings are ver old. Building Rush was very nice.

Not at all worth it Shoddy materials and workmanship. Rude staff. Flooded three times, reimbursment refused. Rent raised twice in the past two years. Overpriced. Terrible shoveling and snow removal. Ice was not put down on the sidewalks, very icy.
