Londonbury- Schuylkill Flooding No reimbursement for evacuation/alternate place to stay when schuylkill floods! Poor insulation= No Privacy! Pets permitted, but not pet friendly environment! Apartment elevators/ gym equipment out of order regularly! Poorly efficient washer/dryer. Limited

Great place! Bottom line is I'm happy here. The place is well taken care of, the staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met and very helpful. It's very convenient and the place is clean. Any time you need something fixed the maintenance staff is there the same day to take

Not high end at all Neighbors smoke next door, it comes through my wall plugs and the solution was placing an air freshener in my heat/ac unit. Lights go out in the stairwells and are out for months on end. Garage is dirty, filled with trash and has an odor most of the time. Gym and pool
