I have lived in Ventana for a year. They have been great! Anytime I contact maintence, they have fixed the problem in the same day. I never have heard my neighbors or been annoyed by them. The views are to die for! I wish I didn't have to leave!! My only issue was that sometimes there were not any parking spots near my apartment. However, I live on the end so there are less spots available in that area. I also had someone put some of their stuff in my garage, but management took care of it immediately.
