This is the worst place I've ever lived. I'm paying over $900/month for a one bedroom apartment and cannot sleep due to the noise of the person walking above me all hours of the night. Not the place you want to live if you need to get up and work in the AM. Fortunately I'm only living here temporarily until my house is built. I would not recommend for a year lease.

The security is a joke too. Everything is for "show" here -but nothing really works. May be fine if you are right out of school and want to party, but if you are more serious and have to work full time, you will not get any rest.

I have lived in Ventana Hills for five years with three different neighbors upstairs and I have only had one issue with noise. I had a neighbor who was working out at 6 a.m. and was waking me up a little early. I told the office and they did whatever it is they do and the problem was taken care of. And I am way past my partying days.
