Strengths:
-Good location
-Nice gated privated facilities
-Responsive matience and office employees
-Dog park and pet friendly
Weaknesses:
-The weekends are nightmare with traffic around Robinson
-The gate is always up
-Maintence does not do regular work (they have changed the air filter once without having to place a work order, the breeze-way has leaves that have been piled up since when we moved it [July 2008])
-If you have a floor above you, be ready for noise
-Higher utilities (100-150 electric and 100-175 gas)
- Poor construct for "luxury apartments" (Fireplace has parts that fall off, poorly painted, doors are mishung)
-No sidewalks or play ares for children
-Some areas have loads of parking others buildings have 5 spaces
-Are charging about 50-100 to pay your rent with credit card or debit card, it used to be free but they claim they moved it online to make it "more convenient"
-Pool is opened about 3 months (June, July, August)
-They do not shovel snow or put down de-icer on the ground level where the snow blows and ice collects from melting snow (back to very poor maintence unless requested/demanded)
-Overpriced!!! Once we moved to Pitt and started looking around, you can rent a very very nice house for the cost of the apartment. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
