Very old and very cheaply constructed apartments Apartments are very old so, all the appliances are also very old. You never know which appliances will blow up in in next moment and what type of trouble you may face. Management is new. They are non professional and untrained.

Dont move here if ur life depends on it! This place is party central. The walls and ceilings are paper thin so don't expect to get any sleep in the next life time. also the parking is a real problem!!!! Many people park here who dont even live here. Expect to part in the shopping plaza down

4 year resident We really enjoy living at the Polo Club. We have actually transitioned from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bed 2 bath to accomodate our growing family. The cabinet and finishes need updated, but the place is well maintained. The log burning fireplaces are a nice feature that we do not see
