The people below with the harsh comments have got to be kidding me. I moved down here from Northern NJ and I absolute love it here. It's quiet, safe, peaceful and you actually have neighbors that speak. The leasing office staff is very helpful. Maintenance staff is prompt with any situations you may encounter. I've been here 10 months and I'm planning on renewing my lease.

I guess if you don't pay your rent on time then you have these problems.
