I have been here for over 2 years. While the rent has increased each year :( This is one of the best places I have ever lived. I have had no real issues that needed maintenance while here. The place was clean when I moved in, fresh paint, new carpet etc.

During the winter I rarely run the heat as I am on the 3rd floor, During the summer I set the AC at 80 and it is quite comfortable.

If it wasn't for the fact that I must move across the state for school, I would still live here.
