I WILL NOT be renewing my lease after only a year of residency.

Too expensive for what you get - don't be fooled by the "glamour" of the brand new leasing/fitness/pool - it's not it's all cracked up to be and it's the only thing in the complex that resembles "new"

Smelly, dirty, unkempt, halls

Maintenance SUCKS - >12 maintenance requests (by phone and in person with associates & management) over 4 months (NO exaggeration here) for the same problem with broken roof

Apartments not well insulated - extremely hot when the temperature outside does not merit so

Very diverse

Bug problem when first moved in that took about 3-4 calls before I had anyone come & spray.

Noisy - not sure if this is a cheaply built problem or just the fact that they allow college students to reside here

Now making us pay for water!! - No separate meters so they will make us pay based on how many occupants are in the apartment. So my water bill would be $25-$35! Way too much considering I am at work all day. Not to mention since the water lines are connected, you are in the shower and you are constantly jumping in and out as a result of others flushing their toilet or whatever.

The area is nice and would be the only reason that I would stay. However, more expensive than places like Media or Swarthmore, where you can still get that small town feel. Check that area out really well before you hit the ?Main Line.? You will pay anywhere from $200-$400 more a month here than similar one bedrooms there.

I agree it's not worth the money but highly doubt that everything in this review is true, though. It was not dirty at all.

There is no dirt covering the halls and it doesnt small like dog poo everywhere. However, ITA that the price is too high and its not worth the money, as thats exactly why I had to move.
