I've been living in the properties for 3 years and have no compliant. It's well worth the money with a nice gym, swimming pool, beautiful landscaping and lots of mature trees, as well as convenient location. The rental office extended its office hour to 7:00 p.m., which is really nice.

Would you like to explain how it is a 'good value'? I found it terribly overpriced for such a tiny space. I was going broke and HAD to move out. It really took a toll on my finances.
