I have also lived here for a yearand love it. Neighbors are friendly, maintenance is great and the office is more than helpful. The person before me was so right....there is the same 1 person who rights bad reviews every...single...day.

I don't believe you - I have written ONE review, and it was not a good one. So there are at least TWO of us, meaning that it is NOT the same person. The rest are likely not the same person either. The place is not that great and it's overpriced - get over it. You probably work in the office if you are saying that it's a great place.
