The office staff is not rude but a bit odd. They sent out too many damn notices all the time. One time the intercom system in my building broke and they sent out nothing.

The parking really sucks! It's also very hard to get out of the lot in the winter and the office staff doesnt particularly care if you're stuck at home.

The rent is HIGH for small apartment. The apartment layout is wierd - why is one bedroom so much bigger than the other one' What about roommates' Not everyone is a married couple with a child.

The utilities were surprizingly high. I had to move out because I was going practically broke.

Their policies sound great, but they dont live up to them. Also they charge an extra $100 when a new roommate moves in but they dont even bother to draw up any kind of legal forms they instead just have the person write on a piece of paper and sign it. Very strange, Ive never seen anything like that.

The lighting isnt great outside either.

There was too much construction going on when I lived there.

I am sorry I lived there and would not recommend it to anyone else. The only good thing about it was the location, but even that wasnt perfect either.
