It sounds like managemnt is writing some of these reports to make it look good. The place is really a dump with a lot of turnover and apartments to fill. They NEVER do what they say they will do. The place is old and a mess. It is close to the train. That is the only good thing.
Buildings are dirty and stink of dog dootie and indian cooking. They never clean. A lot of indian people who have a lot of frineds "visiting". Management needs to crack down, the people from India have too many people in apartments that ruin the place.

Management at every complex that sucks writes phony reports. Its obvious. But Im glad others here tell it like it really is. I lived there and didnt like it. Too expensive and just not worth it.
