This complex is on the Main Line and not too far from a train station. You could walk if you had to. That is I imagine the main motivation for many people who live there. My apartment was small and I shared with a roommate. But it was not cheap. And the utilities were even higher than I ever expected. The staff is not that helpful. I did have the impression when I moved in that the management is professional and care, and I liked the policies they claimed to have. But once Id moved in, things changed.

The lighting stinks and the intercom system is malfunctional. So I didnt feel safe. I didnt have too many maintenace issues though but when I did it was a headache. Nice laundry room. Dumb that you have to use a card though. Parking is a real problem. The parking lot never gets plowed in winter it seems.

I agree with those who were disappointed. I was, too.
