It is too bad to hear about all the crime on this property. The place is old, and needs constant work, but the big problem IS the low class residents, too low for the current high rent. I feel trapped. Many - over 50% Indian culture. these are the rudest loudest most inconsiderte people I ever had as neighbors. If you are Indian, or know some, ask them to get more civilized. One comes in on a visa, and lets 10 obnoxious visitors move in too. Management is afraid of discrimination so they ignore it at the perril of everyone else. Management needs to crack down on all the rif raf in these buildings.

ridiculous to hear this, american students are busy partying round the clock, leave the trash outside their doors for weeks

I live in Home Properties of Devon and I have Indian, white and black community in the building. Surprising, I had to go and complain because my neighbor always let his dog off leash, left the trash in the corridor and even the stinky dog bed in the laundry room ( He is not an indian by the way!). Being an american, I would expect a little bit descency from another american. I can understand if Indian or people from any other country behave obnoxiously as they are probably not aware of the culture here, but an american behaving this kind.. We expect better, so can't blame the immigrants!
