No Management whatsoever, rent is very high compared to quality of apartment. Walls are paper thin and no proper kitchen exhaust system. Cooking smell literary cross thru walls. Utilities was forced on rentees to pay. Utilities are supposed to be paid by individual apartments without individual meters, so I have been paying for others use also. People who do not get apartments based on credit/backgrounds etc get it here. Students are nuisance. Will be out on vacation for 1 month but management said that I will still have to pay for heat, water, sewer which I won't be using.

What an idiot! Try to call Comcast and convince them that because you will be out of town for a month and won't use your T.V. that you shouldn't have to pay your cable bill! Come on, think a little bit Mr. Cheapo!
